This well-established setting is looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join the quality setting and lovely team. This ‘OUTSTANDING’ nursery has an environment designed to develop each child’s natural curiosity!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care
- Be an effective key person
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
- Great knowledge of EYFS
- Be an ambassador for the Nursery, providing regular feedback to inform the revenue plan
- Plan and provide effective teaching and learning
- The preparation and completion of activities to suit each individual child's stage of development
- Effectively engage with Famly for capturing the progress and day of your key children
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
- Work effectively within up to date policies and procedures and ensure high standards are maintained in line with company values
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's well-being
