About the Role

You will provide high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children within the setting while delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities that inspire learning and development. As a key worker, you will maintain accurate records of your key children\’s achievements and support their individual learning journeys, while working closely with parents and carers. You will actively promote and support the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed.

About You

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare (or above)
  • Warm, kind, and passionate about enabling children to thrive
  • Able to work well in a team and use your own initiative
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally
