Zero100 is a membership-based intelligence company that connects, informs, and inspires the world’s most influential C-level operations and supply chain officers – and their teams – to unlock the true potential of the AI and digital revolution for the lasting benefit of business and the planet. Our members use Zero100’s research and advisory services to shape their supply chain strategies, and they harness the power of our community to expand their thinking, challenge their assumptions, and accelerate progress on their most important digitization and decarbonization initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced B2B product strategy leader to own our portfolio of service products for C-level supply chain and operations leaders. In this role, you will define and implement a strategy for our executive product portfolio – including by gathering and prioritising customer requirements, building a roadmap of new feature launches and enhancements, and measuring the qualitative and quantitative impact of our products on the Zero100 member experience. You will own several of our most important company-wide goals and have regular exposure to our CEO and Advisory Board. The successful candidate is highly strategic yet deeply connected to the details and has a strong track record of building service products that C-level customers love. You have strong commercial acumen and can build sophisticated models to assess the economics of your products in the context of our broader business objectives. You use a wide range of tools – including customer interviews, user research, and industry analysis – to help you understand what your customers want before they know they want it, and you have a proven track record of successfully executing your product vision, strategy, and roadmap on a global scale. You hold yourself, your team, and your stakeholders to a high quality bar (some might say obsessively high), and you thrive in customer-facing settings and scenarios that require you to present your work to executive-level stakeholders. Beyond the day job, we are looking for candidates who share our passion for supply chain and operations and want to make a positive, lasting impact on the profession.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build a vision, strategy, and roadmap for our portfolio of service products for C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders from across the business to implement your strategy and deliver your roadmap.
  • Drive innovation across our portfolio of service products and create investment cases for new product innovation opportunities.
  • Conduct deep analysis on customer product usage patterns; use qualitative and quantitative takeaways to refine your product strategy.
  • Regularly engage with C-level customers (both in person and virtually).
  • Earn trust at all levels of the organization through high-quality written and verbal communication.
  • Serve as a senior leader in the business; play a key role in defining our company strategy and culture.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of overall business experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a B2B product management and/or product development leadership role.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative customer and market research to size and segment markets, define pricing strategies, generate forecasts, and create data-driven product roadmaps.
  • Experience creating long-term business strategies for a function or business unit (ie, three-year plan).
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, regardless of reporting lines.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to collaborate with commercial teams to sell and service your products.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, adaptable, and willing to learn and experiment in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willing to travel.
  • Experience working in supply chain and/or operations.
  • Experience working in a start-up and/or scale-up environment.
