Understand and implement platform-specific best practices for video length, aspect ratios, captions, etc. Repurpose existing content into new formats to maximise reach, engagement, and shareability across platforms.
  • Podcast Production: Turn raw audio recordings into concise and engaging weekly podcast episodes, weaving in sound effects and transitions to enhance the listening experience. Cut video clips, audiograms, and other content for social sharing. Ensure high sound quality across all podcast content.
  • Misc: Contribute to the ideation, pitching, and developing of new formats and content themes. Work with the Art Director and Design team to ensure that all assets adhere to brand guidelines.

Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software (eg, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Some experience with audio editing software (eg, Adobe Audition, Audacity, Logic Pro X) preferred. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (eg, After Effects). Experience shooting short-form social video on mobile. Understanding of video and audio codecs, formats, and compression. Familiarity with various video and audio recording equipment.
