What we do:

Our members use Zero100's research and advisory services to shape their supply chain strategies, and they harness the power of our community to expand their thinking, challenge their assumptions, and accelerate progress on their most important digitization and decarbonization initiatives.
With a rapidly expanding headquarters in central London, we’re proud to be backed by leading investors and supported by an impressive list of founding members that includes Unilever, Google, The Estee Lauder Companies, Toyota and many others.
What you will do:
Note that this is a primarily office-based role (~4 days per week). We are hiring a London-based Data Product Manager / Data Scientist to lead the development of our core data products that empower customers to identify opportunities, set priorities, and drive value through evidence-based decision making. In this role, you will shape and evolve our data products by defining requirements, improving data pipelines and structures, and ensuring that complex datasets are transformed into meaningful, customer-centric insights. You will collaborate closely with our Research, Design, and Analyst teams to create innovative, insight-led solutions that consistently exceed customer expectations. While data visualization will be an important part of how insights are communicated, your primary focus will be on the end-to-end product lifecycle, from data exploration and synthesis to strategy, design, and execution.
We’re looking for a data-savvy product thinker who understands how to turn raw data into customer value. Visualization skills are a plus, but a strong foundation in data understanding, product strategy, and analytical reasoning is essential. You’re a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills who can deliver autonomously, dive into the details to solve a problem, and work effectively across a matrixed, geographically dispersed team of stakeholders. You should be comfortable learning on the job and using data to guide your thinking as you dig into new and uncharted problem spaces. Beyond the day job, we are looking for candidates who share our enthusiasm about the potential for Zero100 to have a positive impact on the supply chain profession and (more broadly) the planet.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the roadmap for data insight products identifying opportunities, validating customer needs, and guiding feature development.
- Translation of technical data models into intuitive, narrative-driven visuals that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- End-to-end design and development of customer-facing data visualizations for our core products.
- Translate the needs of our customers into new ways to visualize our data.
- Ensure quality and integrity of the insights delivered to customers.
- Close partnership with design, product, research, and customer teams to bring prototypes and data stories to life.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in data science, data product management, analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio of dashboards, visualizations, or analytical storytelling work.
- Proficiency with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL and Python or R.
- Experience working with complex or large-scale data sets.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles for data interfaces.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, research, and customer success.
- Bonus: experience in building insight frameworks, automated narratives, or embedded analytics. Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and bonus scheme
- Unlimited holidays
- Private healthcare & Life Insurance
- Enhanced pension
- Enhanced Parental Leave Policy
- Custom designed offices in central London with free breakfasts & snacks
