What you will do:

  • Own key event workstreams across the portfolio, supporting end-to-end delivery from planning through to execution and post-event wrap-up.
  • Coordinate core event logistics including venues, suppliers, materials, and run-of-show planning.
  • Lead the delivery of networking experiences, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality environments for senior stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of key areas on-site, managing live delivery, troubleshooting issues in real time, and ensuring events run smoothly in fast-paced environments.
  • Support planning processes, track deliverables, and maintain accurate documentation to enable efficient team execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, event quality, and attendee experience, contributing ideas and taking initiative to elevate delivery standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in events, operations, or coordination roles.
  • Experience supporting or delivering events (corporate, agency, or professional environments preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
