As an Events & Marketing Co‑ordinator at Zero100, you will be an integral part of the team delivering exceptional end‑to‑end event experiences for our members, partners, and guests. You'll provide operational support for our partner events which target COOs and CSCOs, providing a strong opportunity to develop executive presence. Plus, supporting on internal events, internal travel admin, diary management, with the opportunity to support our wider events team for our flagship events. This is a great role for someone who is highly ambitious, detail‑oriented, a great communicator, and curious and excited to learn about how world‑class B2B events are delivered whilst working across all areas of the business. This role serves as an excellent launching pad for a career in events and/or executive engagement.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Zero100 partner events, diary management and travel bookings by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time, following established processes and guidance from the Director of Executive Programs.
- Maintain event trackers and documentation (timelines, checklists, action logs, run‑of‑show inputs, status updates) to ensure information is current, accurate, and easy for the team to use.
- Support attendee management activities as assigned (registration support, inbox management, data hygiene, lists and check‑in preparation, post‑event exports).
- Support partner deliverables tasks (asset collection, checks against requirements, updating fulfilment trackers, escalating issues when needed).
- Help coordinate event operations and logistics (supplier coordination support, printing/shipping requests, onsite materials, packing lists, signage coordination).
- Support onsite delivery when required (registration desk support, wayfinding, session room support, capturing issues and escalating to event leads).
What does success look like?
In the first 3‑6 months, you will:
- Build working proficiency in at least one event delivery work area and become a dependable go‑to for defined tasks within it.
- Deliver tasks to deadline with strong attention to detail and minimal rework.
- Keep trackers/systems consistently accurate and up to date so the wider team can rely on them.
- Contribute to smooth onsite delivery by being helpful and responsive during peak moments.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; you enjoy keeping plans, trackers and logistics under control.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working with shared documents and spreadsheets; able to follow processes and learn new tools quickly.
- A collaborative mindset: you work well as part of a team and are happy to pitch in where needed.
- Ability to follow defined processes, manage day‑to‑day priorities, and escalate issues with good judgement.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about operations, supply chain, and the audience we serve (no prior supply chain knowledge required).
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, operations, admin, or customer service is helpful but not essential.
