This close integration gives us a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with the creatives developing the concepts we bring to life. By working hand in hand, we break down the traditional boundaries that often exist between agencies and production companies, fostering a more fluid and collaborative production process.

THE ROLE

  • Work closely with our Post Production Director & Head of Production to build a world‐class production offering from the ground up.
  • Help design and implement fresh, forward‐thinking post production systems and processes that will set ZERO apart.
  • Ensure every project is delivered seamlessly, on time, and on budget, while also staying true to our creative vision and values.
  • Become an essential link between The Midnight Club's project teams and ZERO's post production talent.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of updates within the industry, acting on intelligence to develop new product strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with talent, clients, and industry partners to expand our network and uncover new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the EP to deliver agreed profit margins on each project, be responsible for the timely reconciliation of productions and reporting of production finances.
  • Anticipate, mitigate, and manage risks throughout the post production process, using creativity and resourcefulness to solve complex challenges and develop proactive solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, retouchers, editors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
