Our services are centred around our industry leading energy management and purchasing software solutions Trace and Kiveev, which are designed and built in-house. Our consultancy offering includes energy procurement, energy management, and financial services, while our software services provide SaaS solutions to major energy users and competing consultancies. With ambitious growth plans, we are always looking for talented professionals from the energy industry to join our expanding team.
As an Infrastructure Executive within ZTP’s Field Services team, you will support multi-site corporate clients across the UK with a wide range of specialised utility and power-related technical services. This includes managing new power connections, disconnections, DNO works, fuse pulls, supply upgrades, and small works – ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete ZTP’s training modules and learn our bespoke systems.
- Become proficient in client-facing and internal software platforms.
- Build strong knowledge of the commercial energy market and ZTP’s service offering.
- Manage infrastructure projects end-to-end for multi-site clients.
- Interpret client requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Liaise with DNOs to progress and complete projects on schedule.
- Oversee work programmes with internal engineers and external contractors.
- Manage new connections, disconnections, and supply upgrades.
- Implement BNO solutions from initial design through to installation and commissioning.
- Handle telecoms power requirements across masts, cabinets, and commercial buildings.
- Liaise with landlords regarding power needs and site constraints.
- Apply strong knowledge of power loads, capacity, metering (MEX, installs, decomms), and site works.
- Maintain accurate reporting on all active and future workstreams for senior management.
Experience / Knowledge
