ZTP is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to lead employee learning and development across the People, Talent & Culture Team. You will design and deliver development programs, including mentoring and coaching, and manage Performance Management aligned with ongoing performance development.
You will work cross-functionally to identify training needs, create engaging learning experiences, and monitor outcomes through assessments and reporting.
