Preparing relevant legal documentation and correspondence. Liaising with beneficiaries, executors, financial institutions and other professional advisers. Strong technical knowledge of probate and private client work. The confidence to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. The ambition to develop and progress within a growing legal practice.
