We're working with an established, fast-growing B2B services business in central London to find a Sales Manager.

The business is expanding across the UK and internationally, and this is a management role reporting directly to the Managing Director and COO, with a clear route into the senior leadership team.

The Role

You'd take ownership of the outbound sales function.

It's currently two Business Development Representatives, mostly working remotely, who find prospects, open conversations and book qualified meetings for the firm's consultants.

The first priority is growth: taking the team to six people quickly while improving conversion at the same time, with longer-term scope to build a team of up to 20 across the UK group.

You'll recruit, onboard, coach and develop the team through clear targets, one-to-ones, call reviews and practical feedback, and you'll tackle underperformance early.

You'll sharpen lists, scripts, qualification and conversion, introduce a proper reporting rhythm using Hub Spot, Excel and funnel data, and work with senior leadership on targets, resourcing and strategy.

This isn't an individual sales role.

Your success is measured by your team's: how well you hire, how much your people improve and how the numbers move because of you.

It's the ideal next step for someone who has proved themselves in sales and now wants to develop people and watch them succeed.

What We're Looking For

  • Sharp, commercially minded and hands-on
  • A proven record of improving sales performance, ideally with numbers on your CV
  • Real experience of coaching, recruiting and managing underperformance (there's no minimum team size; the impact you've had matters more)
  • An outbound B2B sales background, ideally from professional services, SAAS, finance, accountancy, consultancy or another consultative B2B environment with a complex sales process.
  • Confident with sales data, Excel and CRM systems
  • Experience managing remote team members
  • Able to learn a technical service quickly and work closely with subject-matter experts
  • What They Offer

£80,000 basic salary with OTE of £160,000+, rewarding you as your team succeeds, plus 25 days' holiday.

It's a rare chance to build something: growing a team from two to six and potentially to 20, shaping how it's hired, trained and run.

You'd work closely with the Managing Director and COO from day one, with a clear path to Head of Sales and the senior leadership team as the function grows.

The role is office-based in central London.
