Lead Service Engineer/Service Manager We re delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established precision engineering organisation, seeking a skilled Lead Service Engineer to support its continued growth.

The company is recognised for its commitment to quality, innovation, staff satisfaction and advanced manufacturing capabilities, delivering high-performance solutions to a global customer base.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines extensive hands-on technical expertise with team leadership and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role As Lead Service Engineer, you will spend the majority of your time on the road, around 80%, carrying out service, repair, and calibration work at customer sites, leading from the front on all servicing activity.

The company s head office is in South Essex, with the role predominantly focused on clients across East Anglia, with occasional travel further afield.

A company van will be provided for business use, and applicants will ideally be based in Essex, Suffolk, or Cambridgeshire.

Alongside the hands-on work, you will lead a team of 7 engineers, coordinating which jobs they re on, where they re needed, and ensuring the team runs efficiently across a busy schedule.

You will play a key role in setting standards, improving performance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
