Would you like an opportunity to forge a career in sales? Starting salary is £25,000 for no experience, but realistically you will be earning £40,000 - £45,000 in your first year. All we need is people happy and confident to talk on the phone, ideally motivated by money itself or by the things you want to buy in the future, as this will be the driver for you to hit targets.

Should I be scared of sales as a career? The short answer is no and especially not for this role. To elaborate, the main reason people shy away from sales is that they don’t want to 'Cold Call', which when you get used to it is a doddle. However, with this role there is no 'cold calling'; you are given a constant supply of inbound leads from their marketing strategy. All you have to do is close the deals, and you will be given training and the tools to achieve this. So in terms of sales roles, it’s a dream.

This is an office-based, inbound telephone sales role where you will be responsible for taking incoming calls from prospects. You must be helpful and assertive in your response and will need to take down the necessary information to progress the call and convert it into a sale. Other key responsibilities would be to manage negotiations, build rapport with your customers, and exceed monthly targets.

You must be forward-thinking and be able to address any questions or concerns from the customer and assist them in making a decision based on their requirements. Our client is also open to speaking to people who are looking to take their first steps into a sales-led environment, providing you have excellent interpersonal communication skills, are self-motivated, and have the ambition to learn, progress, and ultimately earn money. All necessary training will be provided.

Due to the location of the office, this role is commutable from the following areas: Downham Market, Kings Lynn, Long Sutton, Wisbech, Castle Acre, Swaffham, Fakenham, and Holbeach.
