Zero Surplus is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our helpdesk team.
The role covers 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for business clients, with the potential for field-based project work depending on location.
Hybrid working applies, mainly remote with occasional Cambridge office days.
You will handle Microsoft 365 administration, including Azure AD, Share Point, Exchange and In Tune, plus networking and server-level troubleshooting.
