This is a varied role where you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, act as a key point of contact for customers and third parties, and ensure matters are progressed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts and cases
- Responding to telephone, email and written enquiries
- Liaising with clients, customers, solicitors and other third parties
