There’s far too many ‘head of’ roles around where you don’t get to make a difference. However, this role is different.
The caveat is that you MUST come from the hospitality sector, which could include hotels, restaurants, bars, or food service. Extensive experience in marketing to consumers who want to eat and socialize is essential.
This is a senior role leading a new division in the food industry, where you will be the go-to person advising global brands on maximizing sales through their hospitality services. You need to be knowledgeable and experienced, a trusted advisor, and most importantly, passionate about the industry and delivering results.
In terms of marketing experience, we require an all-rounded individual skilled in offline, digital, ATL, brand-focused, and strategic marketing. There will be agency support, and while you will have a small team, you need to be hands-on and lead from the front. Popular channels of communication will include social media, content, experiential events, PR, radio and TV, as well as print, POS, and menus.
The role can be based out of Oxfordshire or London, but the company does not operate a homeworking policy. You must be willing to travel to other sites and events across the UK as required. The role would not suit someone who prefers to work from home.
If you are intelligent and hardworking, there are promotional opportunities and rewards available for those who show ambition. If this sounds attractive, send us your CV today before it’s too late.
The organization is located near Bicester, so if you do not drive, you must be able to get to Bicester by public transport. This position is ideally suited for people living in Bicester, Aylesbury, Oxford, Banbury, Brackley, London, and Milton Keynes.
