We are working with a leading premium interior design brand based in Essex, currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join their international marketing team in Harlow. This is a highly regarded global brand within its specialist sector, known for its strong creative ethos, innovation, and commitment to brand excellence.
This is a broad, hands-on marketing role with a strong focus on email and social communications, alongside brand, content and B2B marketing activity, including events, exhibitions and marketing collateral. It is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketer looking to build experience across the full marketing mix within a design-led, international business.
The Role
As Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of the global marketing strategy, working closely with senior marketing stakeholders to drive brand visibility, customer engagement and campaign performance. While CRM and email remain a key part of the role, you will also contribute across content, social, events and wider brand activity.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting CRM and email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, scheduling, optimisation and performance tracking
- Contributing to social media content and day-to-day community management across key platforms
- Writing and editing marketing copy for product launches, campaigns and brand communications
- Supporting the planning and delivery of events and exhibitions, including logistics and marketing materials
- Coordinating marketing collateral and merchandise for sales teams, partners and global events
- Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaign assets and content
- Assisting with campaign reporting, case studies and awards submissions
- Supporting wider marketing administration and campaign execution
Given the global nature of the business, the role involves regular collaboration with international teams and distribution partners, as well as hands-on coordination of marketing materials for exhibitions and events worldwide.
About You
You will have 2-3 years' commercial marketing experience, with exposure to email/CRM and content-led marketing, ideally within a B2B or relevant B2C environment. Experience supporting events, brand campaigns or physical products would be beneficial.
You will be organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Why Apply?
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Marketing Executive to gain broad exposure to global marketing activity within a premium, design-led brand. You will take ownership of key channels, develop your skillset across brand and B2B marketing, and play an active role in delivering impactful campaigns. The role offers hybrid working (3 days per week in the office following onboarding) and an excellent benefits package including private medical options, bonus, enhanced parental benefits, sabbatical and more.
