Location: Essex (on-site)

Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

Hours: 39 hours per week, flexible start between 7:00am - 9:00am (early finish on Fridays)

The Role

This is an opportunity for a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join a growing production team. The role focuses on building and wiring complex control boards and assemblies using detailed technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble control boards and enclosures using a variety of components
  • Carry out point-to-point wiring, including preparation, routing, and termination of cables
  • Ensure high standards of cable management and overall presentation
  • Work from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and parts lists
  • Inspect and test assemblies to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Use a range of hand and power tools safely
