This is a varied role where you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, act as a key point of contact for customers and third parties, and ensure matters are progressed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts and cases
  • Responding to telephone, email and written enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, customers, solicitors and other third parties
  • Providing regular updates and resolving queries
  • Reviewing account information and maintaining accurate records
  • Negotiating and agreeing suitable outcomes where appropriate
  • Handling disputes and escalating issues when required
  • Ensuring service levels and quality standards are maintained
Desirable Experience
  • Previous account management, customer service or administrative experience
  • Experience working within property, legal, financial or professional services environments
  • Experience handling disputes or complex customer enquiries
