You\’ll be at the heart of how to attract new customers and expand their presence – from running high-performing ad campaigns to building authentic connections with influencers and communities. This is your chance to shape the future of a brand with strong values, loyal customers and ambitious goals. πŸ“Œ What You\’ll Do Paid Media – Plan, manage, and optimise Meta & Google Ads to hit CAC and ROAS targets. Use customer insights and first-party data to build and test audiences, and report weekly with data-driven recommendations. Creative Storytelling – Create scroll-stopping content (think reels, behind-the-scenes, short-form video, and brand storytelling). Work with photographers, influencers, and UGC creators to amplify our message. Website Impact – Optimise and create product listings, collections, and landing pages on Shopify. Collaborate on A/B tests to deliver the best possible customer experience.
