What you’ll do
- Take ownership of the enterprise application catalogue – defining approved, retired, and upgrade paths.
- Prioritise updates and deployments, balancing security, compliance, and user impact.
- Oversee and optimise UEM / MDM tooling – Workspace ONE, Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM/MECM.
- Collaborate with Security to manage vulnerabilities, emergency patching, and compliance dashboards.
- Track vendor roadmaps, coordinate upgrades and end‑of‑support planning.
- Drive automation and efficiency using PowerShell, API integrations, and reporting tools.
- Act as the subject‑matter authority for application lifecycle governance across our EUC platforms.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in application or EUC lifecycle management (catalogue, updates, packaging oversight).
- Hands‑on knowledge of Workspace ONE, Intune, or SCCM/MECM.
- Strong understanding of patch and release governance within ITIL frameworks.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, REST API, Bash).
- Excellent stakeholder skills – confident engaging vendors, IT Security, and end‑user teams.
- Active SC clearance (essential).
