We’re hunting for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can turn breakthrough GenAI tech into breakout market momentum. You’ll own social-channel growth, content production, paid campaigns and community engagement, driving ambitious follower and awareness targets, while scaling brand presence long-term.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run the multi-channel content calendar (LinkedIn, IG Reels, X threads, Reddit/Discord touch-points) and adjust weekly based on performance.
- Produce or coordinate a steady mix of content, and keep a two-week buffer of ready-to-ship assets.
- Launch, track and optimise paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and X; manage budget, creative A/B tests and audience refinement to hit ambitious growth goals.
- Build, nurture and measure a micro-influencer / creator-collab program (outreach, gifting, co-creation).
- Lead community activation: seed and moderate conversations in Discord, Reddit, and key 3D/AI/game-dev forums.
- Guard and evolve the Zero One Creative brand: ensure every post, visual and interaction is consistent with our clean, visionary, builder-first voice.
- Maintain a weekly metrics dashboard (followers, reach, demo sign-ups, CPL) and share insights with founders and product.
- Coordinate freelancers (design/video) and internal stakeholders to keep production flowing without bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 4+ years driving social growth and brand marketing for a SaaS, dev-tool or creator-tech startup.
- Proven record of scaling channels from a low base to meaningful traction (show us numbers).
- Strong copywriting skills; comfortable drafting founder-style narratives and punchy hooks.
- Hands-on with short-form video editing (CapCut / Premiere) and quick-turn graphic tools (Figma / Canva).
- Working knowledge of paid social platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, X Ads) and analytics (UTM tags, GA4, basic SQL/Sheets).
- Excellent project-management chops; can juggle multiple deadlines and still ship on time.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Growth wins in GenAI, 3D, gaming, or creator-economy spaces.
- Network of 3D/CG influencers or community mods (BlenderNation, Polycount, r/GameDev).
- Light motion-graphics or animation skills.
