Zero Latency VR Gold Coast is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Game Masters to join our team on a casual basis. If you enjoy working in a high-energy environment, love connecting with people, and want to be part of something unique, this could be the perfect role for you.
We are part of the world’s largest free-roam VR entertainment network, offering high-tech, fully immersive experiences that attract both locals and tourists. Our venue is located on Smith Street in Southport, with free on-site parking.
About the Role
As a Game Master, you\’ll be the face of the experience—welcoming guests, setting them up, guiding them through their session, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll be trained to operate our advanced VR systems, run escape room-style experiences, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
No prior VR experience is necessary—just a passion for people, a strong work ethic, and confidence to lead a group through a fast-paced, high-energy experience.
What You’ll Do
- Greet players and provide full game briefings
- Operate game sessions and support players during gameplay
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues and escalate when needed
- Deliver excellent customer service from entry to exit
- Maintain a clean and safe venue environment
- Support both VR free-roam and VR escape room experiences
- Assist with opening, closing, and general operations
