We are seeking 3 x Children's Care Home Managers to lead our team in providing exceptional care for children in a residential setting in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years as a Registered Manager in a Children's Care home setting. This role requires a compassionate leader who can manage care plans effectively while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Salary: £55k + £5k Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the children's care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to each child's needs, promoting their well-being and development.
  • Supervise and mentor staff members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high-quality care delivery.
  • Administer medications as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
