Why is this role exciting?
- This is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of UX design. Our users not only love what we’ve built, they are product people themselves which means they often get your job and are able to share extremely insightful and valuable feedback.
- As we’re a tight-knit product team, you’ll have an important voice in how we evolve. Our leadership team is bought into making our product team best-in-class.
- We’re a stable, profitable and growing series A company backed by top tier investors (Adobe, YC) and we’re building a world-class product used by thousands of customers globally.
- Competitive salaries, stock options, free therapy, wellness budgets, office nice-to-haves… our team is well taken care of.
The role
For this role, you’ll need to have a vision beyond specific features and be able to rally people from all across the business around why what you’re creating is valuable and exciting for our customers.
You’ll join as our third product manager – working alongside our designers, engineers and data team. You’ll report to Madelin, our Head of Product.
We work under the assumption that outcome beats output. You find the balance between shipping features and overall value, leaning on our data team to answer important questions.
As you won’t be directly managing the product team, you’ll need the ability to influence your teammates and stakeholders using data and sharing context.
What we’re looking for
The requirements below aren’t exact – we don’t expect you to tick every single box perfectly. If you feel like you’re a good fit for the role, we’d love to hear from you.
Key requirements
- 4+ years experience performing a product role in a cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery, such as prototyping, user research, MVPs, roadmapping and PMF.
- Ability to figure out solutions to hard problems, using your own product instinct as well as sound research.
- A knack for communication. You can tell clear stories about what work you’re doing, and why it’s important.
- Remote-first – you are able to come to our London office at least once every quarter.
Bonus traits
- Your technical skills are extra sharp. We’re working on finding a new market with engineers, so some added knowledge in this area is a win.
- Experience primarily in SaaS technology companies.
- Passion for good design and an interest in the UX / UI space.
- Openness to feedback, both giving and receiving.
