Responsibilities

  • Own the demand engine for Zero Gravity Tutor end to end: help set the strategy, run the channels and campaigns, and own the outcome as we take the product to schools. You'll help write the playbook that doesn't fully exist yet. You'll build it, run it, and improve it as we go.
  • Own our events end to end: the conferences we attend (BETT, ASCL, Schools & Academies Show) and the ones we run ourselves (webinars, roundtables, our own schools events), from logistics through to the follow-up.
  • Build and run the account-based campaigns that move teachers and leaders from first touch to sign-up, and freemium sign-ups to paid, watching activation and conversion, not just lead volume.
  • Build our top-of-funnel presence where our buyers already are (LinkedIn for senior leaders, teacher communities and Facebook groups, the education press), so that when a headteacher starts looking, we're already the name they know.
  • Turn wins into an engine: case studies, quotes, references and referrals that power the next campaign and keep the pipeline full.
  • Diagnose the funnel and forecast it: find where sign-ups, MQLs and pipeline leak, propose and test fixes, set clear metrics on every campaign, and keep a data-backed view of where we stand and which lever to pull next.

Benefits

  • Monthly Socials: Join us for fun team socials, completely on-the-house. Quarterly, we go big with sports days, BBQs, and more.
  • Company MacBook: Get the latest Apple gear to stay ahead of the game.
  • Central London Office: Work from our beautiful Zero Gravity HQ in Barbican/Old Street, while enjoying flexible WFH options.
  • Share options: Own a piece of Zero Gravity with our 'Zero Gravity For All' options scheme.
  • Christmas Shutdown: Enjoy 3 extra festive days off, plus 25 days of annual leave and 8 bank holidays.
  • Zero Gravity Card: £500 annually to spend on your personal development with your very own Zero Gravity Card.
  • Private Healthcare: Extensive private health insurance, including dental, mental health support, and gym discounts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B marketing. You've owned a pipeline or revenue number and worked back from it.
  • A track record of driving MQLs and pipeline through a mix of events, ABM, digital marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Hands-on across email, marketing automation and drip campaigns, and comfortable building nurture sequences that move people from first touch to closed won.
  • You own direction, not just execution: you balance the day-to-day campaigns with the strategy that builds the funnel over the year, diagnose where the funnel breaks, and would rather ship, measure and improve than wait for the perfect plan.
  • Data-driven and plain-spoken: you build forecasts with rigour, translate funnel metrics (sign-ups, MQLs, SQLs) into a clear story, and say plainly what's working and what to kill.
  • Passionate about impact: you care about outcomes, not outputs, and you want the work you do to genuinely change life chances.
  • You use AI to punch above your weight: you research, draft, analyse and move 10x faster, and you're excited to market an AI product from inside a team that lives and breathes it.

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling into UK schools, multi-academy trusts, or the wider education sector.
  • Familiarity with UK education: how schools buy and adopt software, and the rhythm of the school year.
  • Experience taking a go-to-market motion from early traction to scale.
  • Have worked in a company at the 20-50 person stage, where everyone does more than their job title suggests.
  • PR or earned-media experience, or the appetite to build our share of voice through press and thought leadership.
