Zero Deposit is seeking a Credit Controller to join our recoveries team, handling former tenants who owe money after tenancy ends. You’ll recover debts in a fair, empathetic and sustainable way while ensuring compliance and customer-centric outcomes.
In this phone-based role, you’ll use emails, calls and a power dialer to contact customers, negotiate payment plans, hit recovery targets and contribute to scalable, FCA-compliant processes that improve outcomes for both customers and the business.
