We're looking for a brilliant people-person and hospitality manager to become the right hand to our General Manager at Zerodegrees Blackheath.
This isn't another cookie-cutter restaurant management job.
We're an independent microbrewery, bar and restaurant in the heart of Blackheath Village brewing our own beer on site and serving fresh food, cocktails and great hospitality.
We're looking for an AGM with energy, personality and ambition who wants to make an impact and potentially progress towards running their own restaurant.

The Role Working alongside the General Manager, you'll help lead the restaurant day to day.
You'll be:
Leading busy services from the front
Coaching, motivating and developing the team
Creating a brilliant atmosphere for guests and staff
Getting to know customers and building regulars
Driving sales and helping grow the business
Managing labour, rotas, stock and operational standards
Handling guest feedback and solving problems
Taking ownership of the restaurant when the GM isn't there
You'll have real responsibility but you'll also have the support to develop.

You're probably the manager who knows the regulars, talks to tables, jumps behind the bar when there's a rush and gets the team smiling when the pressure's on.
You'll:
