Job Title: Caretaker
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (All Year Round)
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 (Depending on Experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Caretaker to join our site team. This full-time role involves carrying out a variety of internal and external maintenance tasks to ensure our buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well-presented at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake general maintenance, repairs, and basic DIY tasks across the site.
• Support with external upkeep, including grounds and car park monitoring.
• Liaise with and oversee the cleaning company to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Ensure the premises are safe, secure, and compliant with health and safety procedures.
• Assist with setting up rooms, moving furniture, and occasional site support as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a maintenance, caretaking, or estates role.
• Practical skills in basic repair, DIY, or facilities maintenance.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and site safety.

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
