School Premises Supervisor – Birmingham

• Shift Pattern: All year round (Shift pattern which may include 2 late shift per week 7pm) MUST BE AVAILABLE BETWEEN 7AM – 7PM
• Salary: £27,254 – £33,699 Annually (Actual) Support Staff Grade 3 (Points 9–22)
• Start Date: ASAPAs Premises Supervisor, you will oversee repairs, building maintenance, and grounds upkeep across the trust\’s schools, working under the guidance of the Director of Estates.

Your role will be key in maintaining a safe, high-quality environment and ensuring an excellent standard of site services.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field, ideally within an educational setting
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Manual Handling) and the ability to put them into practice
• Strong supervisory skills to oversee contractors, cleaners, and other site staff
• Confidence in using IT systems and carrying out essential administrative tasks
• Practical skills in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry/joinery, painting, or glazing (highly desirable)
