Role Purpose: Providing administration support in the compliance team.

Job Description:

  • Maintain compliance with PAS 2030, PAS 2035, MCS, and TrustMark standards.
  • Review and verify project evidence, including PIBIs, retrofit designs, risk assessments, and handover packs.
  • Upload and manage documentation across compliance portals (TrustMark Data Warehouse, PAS Hub, MCS Hub, etc.).
  • Keep qualification and accreditation records for installers, designers, and subcontractors up to date.
  • Support internal and external audits and help implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Produce compliance reports and dashboards for management.
  • Stay ahead of industry updates and help embed continuous improvement across the business.

You’ll need:

  • Experience in a compliance, quality assurance, or administrative role within construction, retrofit, or renewables.
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Confidence working with digital portals and managing large amounts of documentation.
  • A proactive attitude and strong communication skills.

It’d be great if you also have (but not essential):

  • Working knowledge of PAS 2030 / PAS 2035, MCS, or TrustMark processes.
