We are looking for two hands-on Working Supervisor to oversee and carry out works across sites.
This role combines practical site work with day-to-day supervision of operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry works to specification.
- Supervise and support site operatives on site.
- Monitor quality, productivity and site safety.
- Coordinate daily site activities and labour requirements.
- Complete site records and progress updates.
- Liaise with site management and company stakeholders.
- Ensure works are delivered to programme and required quality standards.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous construction site experience.
- Experience supervising small teams on site.
- Competent using hand and power tools.
- Strong awareness of site health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and lead by example.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Own hand tools
- Frist aid training
Desirable
- SSSTS qualification.
- Carpentry or joinery background.
- Experience working on new build or refurbishment projects.
- Own power tools, SDS, Combi drill etc
