Role: Operations Manager Location: Northwest Based, with contracts across North & Midlands Reports to: Managing Director Role Purpose: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Operational matters across the business, leading, building & strengthening the operational team, managing projects, ensuring efficiency and quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards (i.e. PAS2030/PAS2035) and collaborating with various stakeholders to create an industry leading reputation. Role Responsibilities Provide Health and safety leadership to Operational Management team and their site delivery teams, ensuring all works are carried out in a safe manner and does not cause risk to our installers, Residents and the general public. Ensure all projects are carried out to the highest possible standards, complying with relevant industry and system manufacturers standards (including PAS2030/PAS2035) – completed, snagged and defect free.
