This is an exciting opportunity working within the Housing Retrofit team to support the manager in delivering the new Warm Homes programme; providing professional and technical expertise; and ensuring the delivery of the programme and contracts to deliver retrofit measures, to improve the energy efficiency of residents’ homes.

You should be highly knowledgeable with a strong housing background and appreciate the complexities and interdependencies of delivering projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to further establish and maintain effective team working and develop partnerships.

You will assist with the development and implementation of the Warm Homes programmes, influencing and negotiating opportunities for funding, whilst being highly organised to ensure compliance with changing legislation and policy.
