Requirements

  • Previous experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
  • Good knowledge of networking, telecoms, or IT systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-line technical support to clients across telecoms and IT services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely and on-site
  • Escalate complex cases to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary
  • Configure, install, and maintain telecoms, networking, and IT systems
  • Log and manage support tickets through our CRM/helpdesk system
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service and keep clients updated throughout issue resolution
  • Support the roll-out of new products, updates, and upgrades
  • Assist our sales and project teams with technical input when required

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Commpliment House, Upcott Park, Pottington, Barnstaple, EX31 1AD, working Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with some flexibility required to meet client or business needs. We offer a stable role with a salary of £27,000 basic plus commission, hands-on training, a friendly and supportive team environment, free parking, a company mobile phone, career growth opportunities, and additional employee benefits.
