Zeren is partnering with a PE-backed, international B2B SaaS business to appoint a Senior FP&A Manager. The company has undergone significant transformation over recent years and is entering 2026 with a clear focus on accelerating organic growth, driving commercial performance and delivering against an ambitious value creation plan. This role will be pivotal in strengthening the FP&A function and enabling the business to execute confidently in its next phase of growth.
What you bring:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience operating in a PE-backed or high-growth technology business
- Experience running a full budget cycle and partnering with senior stakeholders (ELT/C-Suite)
- Demonstrated experience embedding or improving FP&A processes
- Comfortable operating autonomously while supporting and guiding a lean team
What you will be doing:
- Lead the annual budget process end-to-end.
- Own and deliver monthly reporting and performance outputs.
- Support and run business reviews.
- Establish and maintain a clear FP&A cadence (weekly / monthly / quarterly), ensuring deadlines, meetings and deliverables are proactively managed.
- Introduce greater structure to what is currently a more ad hoc process.
