Zeren is partnering with a PE-backed, international B2B SaaS business to appoint a Senior FP&A Manager. The company has undergone significant transformation over recent years and is entering 2026 with a clear focus on accelerating organic growth, driving commercial performance and delivering against an ambitious value creation plan. This role will be pivotal in strengthening the FP&A function and enabling the business to execute confidently in its next phase of growth.

What you bring:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience operating in a PE-backed or high-growth technology business
  • Experience running a full budget cycle and partnering with senior stakeholders (ELT/C-Suite)
  • Demonstrated experience embedding or improving FP&A processes
  • Comfortable operating autonomously while supporting and guiding a lean team

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the annual budget process end-to-end.
  • Own and deliver monthly reporting and performance outputs.
  • Support and run business reviews.
  • Establish and maintain a clear FP&A cadence (weekly / monthly / quarterly), ensuring deadlines, meetings and deliverables are proactively managed.
  • Introduce greater structure to what is currently a more ad hoc process.
