As they enter their next phase of growth, they're hiring a Finance Business Partner to sit within FP&A and work closely with Growth, Marketing and Product. This is a genuine seat at the table rather than a back-office role: one day you'll be deep in revenue data spotting opportunities, the next you'll be in strategy discussions modelling scenarios that shape how the business scales. Who you are
- Proven FP&A or commercial finance experience, specifically focusing on customer engagement
- A background in a D2C or B2C business, ideally ecommerce, marketplace or tech
- Demonstrated ability to analyse revenue performance and translate findings into commercial recommendations that influence strategy and growth
- Strong data modelling skills, with hands-on experience in areas such as LTV, churn, retention, full-funnel analytics or marketing measurement
- Advanced Excel skills, including modelling, automation or macros, with familiarity with SQL
- Strong stakeholder influencing skills, comfortable challenging, advising and building trusted relationships with non-finance colleagues at a senior level
- A recognised accountancy qualification (e.g. CIMA or ACCA), or working towards one
- Experience with Datarails or advanced SQL
What you'll be doing
- Advising stakeholders on the value of key commercial initiatives and driving accountability for outcomes
- Proactively identifying P&L opportunities, deep-diving into performance data to inform where the business should double down or course-correct
- Analysing customer behaviour across acquisition, retention and lifetime value, using cohort and full-funnel analytics to inform commercial decisions
- Building and communicating the commercial narrative behind monthly business reviews, presenting financial performance clearly to senior leadership
- Driving budgeting and forecasting cycles in partnership with senior stakeholders, and conducting variance analysis to highlight key drivers and recommend action
