We are hiring a Head of Revenue Operations for a fast-growing, private equity-backed HealthTech SaaS company that is entering a key growth phase β scaling both organically and through M&A activity. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you will bring operational rigour, visibility, and GTM excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimise Salesforce across the GTM organisation
- Lead annual revenue planning β forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline modelling
- Build dashboards, quota models, and revenue reporting
- Launch a Deal Desk, implement a uniform compensation model, and improve pipeline hygiene
- Partner with GTM and Data teams to drive conversion, retention, and expansion
- Deliver enablement initiatives and drive adoption of tools like Salesforce and Chargebee
What Weβre Looking For:
- 5+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops / Commercial Ops, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Expert-level Salesforce knowledge and hands-on execution experience
- Proven track record of scaling GTM operations in a high-growth environment
