What You’ll Do

As part of the early Enterprise sales team, you will:

  • Own and close complex deals across Europe — typically $250k+ ARR, with opportunities reaching seven figures.
  • Design and execute outbound strategies tailored to a precise ICP of scale‑ups and modern enterprise divisions.
  • Deeply understand the product, working directly with Engineering & CS to craft value‑led, workflow‑driven proposals.
  • Lead solution‑based selling across HR, Finance and Transformation teams, uncovering pains and building ROI cases that win executive sponsorship.
  • Sell with vision, bringing the product roadmap and AI capabilities to life for C‑suite and Board‑level decision‑makers.
  • Be present in the HR/People community, building meaningful relationships and long‑term credibility in the category.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in quota‑carrying B2B SaaS sales, ideally VC‑backed and high‑growth.
  • Proven success winning in competitive markets and closing $250k–$1M+ ACV multi‑stakeholder deals.
  • A resourceful, high‑ownership mindset — you’re comfortable creating your own pipeline and iterating quickly.
  • Ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders, from operators to Fortune 500 executives.
  • Entrepreneurial drive — you want to build, not just join.
