Role Overview
You will be a hands‑on VP of Marketing/CMO responsible for building and scaling a modern, full‑stack marketing function. Overseeing an existing team of four, you’ll own marketing strategy and execution – from product positioning and demand generation to technical audience engagement and outbound go‑to‑market initiatives across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives product awareness, demand, and revenue growth.
- Lead demand generation, content, events, partner marketing, and direct response campaigns.
- Partner with product, sales, and customer success to align messaging and enable revenue teams.
- Drove outbound GTM and engagement tactics for highly technical audiences such as Software Developers and DevOps professionals.
- Scale marketing operations and metrics infrastructure to support global growth in North America, EMEA, and other markets.
Required Experience
- Owned inbound and outbound marketing for a small‑to‑medium tech company.
- Worked with very technical solutions and marketed to technical audiences.
- Proven track record in scaling revenues internationally, with a strong focus on North America and EMEA.
- Willingness to be office‑based three days a week.
