In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead data science and analytics initiatives within the FinCrime team.
- Challenge assumptions within models due to adaptive adversary behavior.
- Shape development using a tech stack like Airflow, Fivetran, DBT, Databricks, leveraging Python.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and scalable ML inference systems.
- Manage delivery beyond coding, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions and make architectural decisions.
