About the role:

You will be a successful Performance Marketing Specialist:

  • Are confident with Social paid media channels (Meta) and Google Ads as a bonus
  • Have a strong data-driven and analytical mindset and use this for your decision-making
  • Look for optimisations, efficiencies and automation
  • Are a good communicator and able to summarise data concisely and effectively

What you will own (Role and responsibilities):

  • Reporting to the Performance Marketing team Lead
  • Paid Media Campaign Management:
  • Develop, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across performance platforms with a focus on Social channels
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to drive growth and achieve KPI targets.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • App Activity Focus:
    • Drive user acquisition and app installs through targeted paid media campaigns.
  • Analytical Reporting:
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Utilise Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Budget and KPI Management:
    • Manage the allocated budgets effectively across different paid media channels. (With support from senior managers)
    • Ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within budget constraints.
    • Conduct regular optimisations and adjustments based on performance data.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Begin working with cross-functional teams including creative, and MarTech to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
    • Work with senior managers to develop creative briefs to guide the production of engaging ad content.
    • Communicate campaign performance and insights to the rest of the performance marketing team in a clear and concise manner.
    • Support senior managers as required to help elevate the digital marketing program.

    What you bring to the table:

    • Experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency, the financial/fintech sector or B2C App sector.
    • Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads (and Google Ads as a bonus)
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
    • Right to work in the UK.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Have experience with third-party tools such as Smartly, SA360, DV360
    • Have experience on additional social marketing platforms such as TikTok or X or Spotify
    • You can speak/understand French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian or Filipino
