Zepz is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to own and scale our paid acquisition globally across the WorldRemit and Sendwave brands. This senior leadership role will set the strategy, manage multi‑million budgets, and lead a team of five to drive growth in new customers and revenue through paid digital channels and markets.

You will collaborate with Brand, Product, Finance, and Data Science to build attribution, optimize CAC and LTV:CAC, and ensure rigorous measurement.
