At Bullet Echo, we’re looking for a Game Design Generalist with strong expertise in Economy Design to help shape progression, monetization, and long-term player engagement.
What you'll do:
- Own meta-game systems: progression, hero advancement, seasonal loops, long-term engagement mechanics
- Design and balance the in-game economy: currencies, sinks and sources, offer structure, reward systems
- Conduct an audit of the existing meta and economy as your first priority - understand what's there before changing it
- Collaborate with LiveOps on event design and reward structures
What we're looking for:
- Experience with live F2P mobile games - you understand how meta decisions affect retention, monetization, and player lifecycle
- Ability to think in systems: progression curves, reward schedules, long-term balance
- Structured, documentation-oriented - you leave your work understandable by others
- High ownership, comfortable working with limited direction in a small team
- Experience with midcore or PvP games
- Familiarity with Ads monetization and hybrid monetization models
- Fluency in both English and Russian would be considered an advantage
Why this role is interesting:
- Opportunity to make a direct impact on Bullet Echo, a live game played by millions of players worldwide
- Flexible remote environment with no crunch culture
