We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team for spare parts and services. The ideal candidate will be crucial in supporting the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The candidate will preferably have experience in the sales process, either from quote to purchase order or from purchase order to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Processing incoming enquiries in company SAP CRM
- Obtain prices and delivery schedules of parts from suppliers
- Create complete cost estimates
- Produce and submit customer quotations
- Purchase of spare parts from suppliers
- Follow up communications with existing customers
- Arrange collecting/delivery of goods
- Offer after-sales support to customers
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
