We are looking for an experienced Marketing Planner based in UK, who will be responsible for developing creative solutions for our consumer brand Amazfit, reporting directly into our Sports Marketing Lead.

She/He will take charge of creative brand idea generation and solutions planning to strenghten our global marketing capability.

This is a new role in our EMEA organization, with a great opportunity to leave your visible mark on our road to disrupt the Health Tech industry in the global markets. If you’re an ambitious Creative Manager/Marketing Manager with a passion for health, fitness and technology, this role could be for you.

What the role will involve:

The UK Marketing Planner will focus 100% on the UK local market with a big focus on the local sports channel, Media and communities, with the current main responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, mapping, and engagement of UK sports communities, ambassadors & events , from running and outdoor to fitness and performance, to strengthen brand awareness and reputation among key end users.
  • Coordinate all agencies involved in the creative platform development (ATL, PR, Digital, community-focused initiatives), while aligning closely with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, etc.).
  • Prepare and execute the UK country marketing plan, ensuring alignment with global strategies and guidelines, and follow up to ensure timely and effective local execution.
  • Stimulating consistency in the activation and execution of the strategy with local Sales team, understanding the opportunity for adaptation to maximize the local relevance;
  • Analyzes post-launch analytics and exports lessons learnt on omnichannel campaigns, liaising with the local markets;

You’ll be / have:

  • 5 years of Brand Marketing experience within Consumer brands (preferably in Sports industry) and/or in international Marketing agencies;
  • Tracked experience in developing an ATL/BTL creative campaign from ideation to execution;
  • Markets sensibility and track record in establishing strong relationship with affiliates;
  • Experience both in strategic and operational marketing roles (global/regional and local) strongly preferred;
  • Relevant international experience: having worked and lived in different countries is a strong plus;
