Zepimedia automates consultation booking and the sales process for healthcare providers. We turn incoming patient enquiries into booked consultations and paying patients, automatically, so clinics fill their calendars without chasing leads or doing manual follow up. It's validated so far through 100+ conversations with clinic owners, and now I'm looking for a founding CTO to own the technical side and build it into something big.

This is a pure equity role. There is no salary or cash compensation. You'd be joining as a founder, paid in ownership, not a paycheck.

What you'd own:

  • The architecture and codebase, end to end
  • The AI layer (LLMs, RAG, tool use) and the integrations that are our moat
  • Technical direction and hiring as we grow

You might be a fit if you:

  • Are a strong builder who can ship a product solo, then lead a team
  • Have worked with LLMs, APIs, and live integrations
  • Want to own the tech as a founder, not just take a job
  • Are comfortable taking on an equity only role at this stage
