My client are changing the setup of their software engineering teams and require an Agile Delivery Manager as they move towards a product-led development process. This is a hands-on Agile Delivery role, working closely with engineering and product teams to drive delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recent experience as an Agile Delivery Manager/Delivery Lead within a product-led or digital environment.
- Strong experience working day-to-day with engineering teams and Product Owners.
- Focus on delivery outcomes, flow of work, and continuous improvement (not just ceremonies or reporting).
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and dependencies.
- Experience using metrics (e.g. cycle time, throughput, sprint data) to improve delivery performance.
This will be office-based for 3 days per week. Base salary up to £90,000.
