We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and evolve our in‑house recruitment function. This is a hands‑on, player‑manager role where you will balance personal delivery of critical hires with leading, developing, and enabling a small recruitment team aligned to specific business units.

You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment strategy and execution, partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to ensure we attract, assess, and hire high‑quality talent at pace. Alongside delivery, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to raise the standard, consistency, and effectiveness of our hiring processes.

This role will play a critical part in improving the quality of our recruitment data and analysis and using those insights to shape future strategy.
